Charity retail tech firm becomes employee-owned

Wil-U Solutions, the charity retail tech firm, has become employee-owned

Wil-U helps charities with their retail processes, Gift Aid income and volunteer engagement.

Wil-U Solutions is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PXtech. On 31st December 2021, a new company was formed; PXtech Group. The shares in the new company are now 100% owned by employees of the business with no external interest. The existing board will be further strengthened by the promotion of three associate directors to be full directors. The new directors are Amanda Gregson (director of finance), Chris Hardy (director of operations) and Stuart Watts (director of business development).

PXtech and Wil-U Solutions will continue to trade as normal. All operational matters will remain the same, as will the day-to-day management of the company.
