Last units at business park brought to market

The last remaining four industrial units on Whyburn Business Park in Nottingham have been brought to market.

Phase one has recently completed, with phases two and three scheduled to be developed offering additional small to medium sized industrial units.

The remaining units in phase one comprise a mixture of 1,765 sq ft and 2,131 sq ft industrial units.

Anthony Barrowcliffe, surveyor in FHP Property Consultant’s industrial team, said: “I very much look forward to working on this scheme in Hucknall on behalf of Total Aggerates Ltd and Total Reclaims.

“We look forward to getting this estate to full occupation, then moving on to Phase 2 and 3.”

Amy Howard, surveyor in FHP Property Consultant’s industrial team, added: “It is apparent that there has been a shortage of small to medium sized units and this continues to be the case, especially for new builds. The remaining units on this site and further phases confirmed for development shows promising opportunities for occupiers who are looking to secure warehouse space.”
