NG a safe pair of hands for 31,000 sq ft property deal
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, NG Chartered Surveyors have completed the letting of a 31,000 sq ft warehouse on the Alfreton Trading Estate to Rock Fall UK, the UK’s leading brand of Safety Footwear.
Rock Fall is a rapidly expanding safety footwear brand with distribution centres in Alfreton, UK and Tennessee, USA. Together with their existing premises in Alfreton, the additional 31,000 sq ft warehouse increases Rock Fall’s UK warehouse footprint to over 60,000 sq ft, capable of a total stock holding of over 350,000 pairs of safety footwear at any given time.

The additional storage capacity will significantly contribute towards our business expansion over the coming years, in what is currently a challenging market for supply and space”
The additional warehouse and distribution operation is set to increase Rock Fall UK’s headcount by at least 20 people over the next 12 months and see their revenue grow by 35%, with big plans for growing their international distribution base in the USA, UAE, Caribbean and closer to home, the Republic of Ireland.
