Fast-growing construction firm takes new offices

A fast-growing construction firm has expanded after moving into 3,044 sq ft of office space.

Henry Brothers (Midlands) has signed a deal to move into Unit 32 at Eldon Business Park in Chilwell, Nottingham in a deal brokered by NG Chartered Surveyors and FHP Property Consultants.

Managing director of Henry Brothers (Midlands), Ian Taylor, said: “Henry Brothers is pleased to have secured new offices through NG Chartered Surveyors, which is due to expansion of our business in the Midlands and further afield.”

Charlotte Steggles of NG represented landlord Logicor on the deal. She said: “It’s always satisfying to help a growing local company expand – and our client now has a great tenant in Henry Brother Midlands Ltd at Eldon Road.

“Unit 32 has been extensively refurbished, which just goes to show that landlords who invest in their property portfolio will benefit in the short and long-term. A great deal for all concerned.”

He said:  “Henry Brothers contacted us with a specific requirement for a certain type of office building that would be suitable for their needs going forward.

“After initially undertaking an extensive search of availability on the market and providing recommendations on the options – it was clear that 32 Eldon Road was the front runner.

“We subsequently managed to get the transaction completed within a swift timeframe – resulting in a smooth transition for Henry Brothers.
