Logistics business expands into Burton

FHP has let a 0.73-acre site in Burton to fast-growing logistics firm Explore Transport.

Worksop-headquartered Explore provides specialist transport and plant hire services to the construction, rail and aerospace industries.

Its new base on Drakelow Business Park comprises of hard standing storage land.

The site is located just south of Burton town centre and benefits from good access to the A38.

FHP’s Corbin Archer said: “We are excited to have let a parcel of land at Drakelow Business Park, we have more land available ranging from 0.10 acres to 2.00 acres and we also expect a few industrial units to become available in the near future.

“We are continually speaking with local occupiers who are seeking accommodation along the A38 corridor between Burton and Lichfield and I am hopeful that some of the conversations will lead to further deals. If you are interested, then please feel free to contact me.”
