NG lands prestigious Nottingham city centre management instruction

NG Chartered Surveyors has been instructed to manage and building n the heart of Nottingham’s Professional Services Quarter.

The team, led by NG director James McArthur and supported by Charlotte Steggles, will be taking over the management of 30 The Ropewalk – a complex of 12 apartments on the edge of Nottingham’s high-end Park Estate.

McAruthur said: “This is a real coup for NG – and we intend to start improving the building immediately. The Ropewalk is a well-known street, but number 30 was beginning to look tired in comparison to all the other properties on the street and the owner wanted a change in management – so he came to us.”

He added: “We will look at works to decorate, reduce costs – while at the same time bring the property back into a condition that it deserves in such a prestigious position, overlooking The Park.

30 Ropewalk is the latest in a number of new management instructions for NG.

McArthur said: “The word is getting out there that NG is now the go-to team for property management in the East Midlands. We look forward to working with our new client on 30 The Ropewalk.”
