Engineering consultancy relocates Nottingham office

The Imperial Buildings

Engineering consultancy firm CPW has moved into new offices in Nottingham city centre.

The company has relocated from Stoney Street in the city’s Lace Market area to the second floor of The Imperial Buildings on Victoria Street in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.

CPW has undertaken a full refurbishment of the space, including shower facilities, open-plan office and meeting space and a large kitchen/breakout area.

Thomas Szymkiw, associate director at FHP Property Consultants, said: “It’s been a pleasure to assist CPW with their requirement for a new Nottingham office and I am delighted that they have chosen the Imperial Buildings as their new home.

“After visiting them post moving in there sure is a real buzz about the place and I wish them all the best of luck for the future.”
