Loughborough software firm snaps up construction-based counterpart

Loughborough-based software developer The Access Group has bought Construction Industry Solutions and COINS US Group for an undisclosed sum.
COINS is a leading construction management software and services company which services the contracting, home building and service management sectors globally, and has more than 100,000 users worldwide.
Nelsons and Addleshaw Goddard advised on the deal.
