Commercial finance broker sees £13m deals boost

Leicestershire-based commercial finance broker, 2XL, has seen a substantial increase in new funding placed this year.

2XL says its has brokered deals worth £47m in the last 12 months – up £13m on last year’s total.

Managing director, Darren Willoughby, said: “It has been a tough time for many businesses over the last 12 months and equally as difficult within the lending market. Despite this we have continued to thrive and support UK businesses and property owners when they have needed us most.

“The role of the broker has never been more important and as we approach the end of our 17th year in business I am delighted that we are continuing the support to our clients through our network of introducers and funders.”
