Premium footwear brand carves out niche at designer outlet
Premium footwear and accessories brand Carvela has become the latest tenant at the McArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet.
The company, whose range includes fashionable court shoes, after-dark stilettos and classic clutch bags, has joined the shopping centre as it begins a multimillion-pound programme of modernisation works.
Carvela will open its doors at the South Normanton centre on 31 January.
Paul Sutton, centre manager at East Midlands Designer Outlet, said: “We are delighted to welcome the addition of premium ladies’ footwear and accessories brand. By adding Carvela to our portfolio, we are continuing to elevate our in-Centre shopping experience for all our customers.”
As we reported last week, global footwear giant Nike is set to more than double its footprint at the East Midlands Designer Outlet as part of the aforementioned modernisation drive.
