New events space forms part of hotel’s major refurb
A Nottingham hotel has undergone a major revamp which includes the unveiling of a new meeting and events space.
The Holiday Inn, on Castle Bridge Road has refurbished its bedrooms, lobby, bar, breakfast area and outdoor seating space.
Thirty seven of its third-floor bedrooms and ensuites have been updated while The Marina Suite has capacity to accommodate 100 seated guests, which can cater for meetings and parties.
Helen McConnell, general manager at Holiday Inn Nottingham, said: “We believed the hotel needed modernisation to enhance the guest experience and to make the working environment for our staff more enjoyable. Having worked at the hotel for over a decade, it’s been amazing to help transform it into a modern, open space ideal for hybrid working, outdoor dining, and more.
“The addition of our new Marina Suite now makes us the perfect destination for a multitude of events.”
