On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Astute Recruitment has welcomed four new starters and revealed ambitious plans to increase its headcount by nearly 50%.

Trevor Dimmock will head up the Derby firm’s executive search division having previously worked for some of the biggest names in the industry.

Ellie Eaton has joined the team in an office support role, while Kristen Lightbody will connect finance professionals with permanent roles and develop new and existing client relationships within the Midlands. She joins Astute from EMEA Recruitment.

Damian Salvatore brings several years’ recruitment experience to the company. He will help experienced finance professionals find temporary and contract roles.

Derby-based independent luxury and supercar dealer Baytree has appointed a new sales manager.

James Humberstone joins the firm from Graypaul Nottingham following a successful 30-year career in the business, fifteen of which have been spent working with leading prestige and performance car brands including Ferrari and Maserati.

Nottingham-based workflow automation company Intoware has welcomed senior software engineer Vasyl Solovei to its team.

Solovei will work remotely to further enhance Intoware’s flagship product WorkfloPlus, developing new microservices, web dashboards and web features.

He said: “I’m very excited to be starting as senior software engineer with Intoware, working on WorkfloPlus to further enhance the software and in turn, help our clients get the most out of their digital workflow experience. I’m looking forward to a new challenge and to furthering my professional growth within the team.”
