Property management firm opens Leicester office

FirstPort – the property management company – has opened an office in Leicester in a move it says will bolster recruitment in the region.

The new office is at Regus St George’s House in Leicester city centre and will primarily be dedicated to running customer service operations for FirstPort, resulting in over a dozen local jobs so far, with possibly more to follow.

Natalie Lewis, FirstPort’s head of resourcing, said: “We’ve seen increased interest for customer service positions in the region and it’s great that we have been able to bring our ideas to fruition and open an office space in the city centre.

“The FirstPort Leicester office is in a brilliant location because it’s easily commutable for those living in the area, with it being right next to the train station and within walking distance of multiple bus routes.”

Preety Gill, head of business improvement at FirstPort, added: “It is great to be expanding our presence in a new geographical area and to be able to offer new job opportunities to local people.

“We have a wonderful new team here in Leicester and St George’s House is a lovely, modern office space. It’s the ideal setting to create a great experience for our customers. We look forward to welcoming more local people to join as we grow our team.”
