NG completes latest deal at north Notts industrial park

NG Chartered Surveyors has secured another letting on the Moorgreen Industrial Park.

Acting on behalf of a private landlord, NG has let the 2,576 sq ft Unit 3 Ash Court to an undisclosed new tenant.

The industrial unit includes a mezzanine and is located on the 300,000 sq ft Moorgreen Industrial Park. The park is home to a wide range of locally based companies including Macron and Cadway Roofing. The scheme benefits from ongoing investment, supervised by an on-site management team.

Ash Court itself is a development of 11 self-contained industrial units.
