Derbyshire industrial unit changes hands for over £3m

A 40,000 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit next to Hearthcote Road, Swadlincote, has been bought by a mystery investor.

The deal, brokered by Burley Browne, involved a sale and leaseback to the unnamed client at price of over £3m.

“We are delighted that we were able to secure completion of the sale in a well-managed time frame to avoid any disruption to our client’s business operation.”
