Lincolnshire retail unit leased to design company

A retail unit in Lincoln’s city centre has been leased to Katie Cardew Illustrations, specialising in gifts and homewares.

The deal was brokered by Eddisons, incorporating Banks, Long & Co.

This unit on 43 Sincil Street, is part of the larger Cornhill Quarter regeneration project, which includes several other retail units and overlooks the new Lincoln Central Market redevelopment.

Unit 44 is the last remaining retail space available for lease in this area, offering 839 sq ft across two floors.

This ongoing investment program is set to increase foot traffic in Sincil Street and enhance the overall city centres experience. Viewing for Unit 44 is by appointment through Eddisons.
