Leicester investor snaps up first unit at new business park

Units A and B at the new Beauchamp Business Park in Kibworth, Leicestershire, have been sold to a local family of investors from Leicester.

Beauchamp Business Park is a project led by Clowes Developments in collaboration with a team that includes IMA Architects, TanRo, Millward Consulting Engineers, Gateley’s Legal, and Postins Project Services.

Philips Sutton and TDBRE are the appointed agents for the project.

Units A and B, which are the first to be sold are road-facing structures with a combined area of 25,169 sq ft.

Theunits, along with Units C and F, are under construction by the lead contractor TanRo, with IMA Architects providing architectural services and acting as the principal designer for the project.

The site’s construction is currently in progress, with the steel frames being put up.

Phase One is slated for completion in April 2024, and Phase Two will follow at a later date.

Upon finalisation, the site will offer a range of freehold and leasehold industrial units, varying in size from 1,270 sq ft to 10,085 sq ft.
