Lidl disposes of 17,000 sq ft unit

A property in Northamptonshire, previously housing Lidl and currently occupied by The Gym Group, has recently changed hands in a transaction.

Brokered by Birmingham-based commercial consultants Johnson Fellows, the 16,963 sq ft unit covers 1.26 acres and has been acquired by AMK2 Real Estate for an undisclosed sum.

The premises are presently leased to The Gym Group under a 15-year agreement set to conclude in 2033.

Nearby businesses include Sainsbury’s, Next, M&S, Boots, TUI, Poundland, Costa, and Lidl.

Jack Brown of TDB Real Estate represented AMK2 Real Estate in the transaction.

The site at Gambrel Road, which has an excellent occupier, was surplus to requirements and we are therefore delighted to announce that it has been acquired by AMK2 Real Estate.”
