Terry Dickson, a director in the commercial real estate team said: “Understanding the firm’s commitment to delivering excellent client service and inclusive workplace culture, made the decision to join an easy one.”

“The team and I were initially drawn by Thursfields’ standing in the legal sector in the Midlands and in particular, the reputation of the commercial teams. The collaborative culture, commitment to quality and unwavering focus on client satisfaction, proved a compelling proposition.
