Ideagen completes US acquisition

Nottingham-based software firm Ideagen has been given the go-ahead to complete its acquisition of US-based DevonWay from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).

DevonWay offers compliance and operations management solutions used in sectors including energy, utilities, advanced manufacturing, nuclear power generation and US national laboratories.
