On the move: the latest East Midlands hires

Hilary Campton, Senita Vohra-Copley and Sue Carr

Nottingham-based marketing and PR agency, V Formation, has appointed Senita Vohra-Copley in the newly-created role of business development manager.

With over 15 years’ expertise in professional services marketing, Vohra-Copley began her career at audit, tax and consulting adviser RSM Tenon and Nottingham law firm Berryman (now Shakespeare Martineau), before moving into business development roles at Mazars and, most recently, Breeze Corporate Finance.

She said: “Joining V Formation is an exciting opportunity to leverage my extensive experience in professional services marketing and business development. I look forward to spearheading our efforts in maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and staying ahead of emerging trends to drive growth and success for our clients.”

“V Formation isn’t like your typical marketing agency that provides off-the-shelf services and then leaves clients to get on with things, each member of the team is truly passionate about what they do and brings insight and advice that adds real value to the client experience.”

Sue Carr, director at V Formation, added: “Having worked with Senita in a previous role many years ago, I could not be more thrilled to welcome her to the V Formation team. With her extensive background in professional services marketing and business development, Senita brings a wealth of experience that will undoubtedly strengthen our agency’s efforts in client relationships, lead generation, and strategic growth.”

Hilary Campton, director at V Formation, said: “At V Formation, we pride ourselves on delivering more than just standard marketing services; we offer strategic insights and personalised advice that truly adds value to our clients. Senita’s arrival reinforces our commitment to providing comprehensive support and expertise to our clients, and I’m confident she will play a pivotal role in our future growth.”

Jonny Gardner

Leicester recruitment firm Stirling Warrington has promoted Jonny Gardner for the third time in five years to the position of associate director.

On the back of the promotion, the company says it has “big plans” to grow over the next few years and has hired a training and development manager, Kish Limbachya who has 12 years of experience in engineering recruitment.

Managing director, Adam Dolman said: “Jonny is the ultimate professional, a real expert in his craft. This new role will put more of a focus on him building those key clients as well as new businesses looking to level up their recruitment. This role is key for us, and Jonny’s experience is perfect for it.”
