View looks good for NG as agency lands major office management instruction

NG Chartered Surveyors has landed a deal to provide management services to an office complex in the heart of Nottingham’s professional services quarter.

NG’s director, Jude Weston, will lead a team that has been instructed to manage Park View House at 58 The Ropewalk.

Occupiers at the 16,000 sq ft multi-let office include Gateley and Forvis Mazars, with the wider professional services quarter hosting some of Nottingham’s finest period buildings which are home to a range of local, regional, national and global businesses.

Park View House has recently had around £200,000 spent on external improvements and further works are planned for the building.

Hannah Burt of Park View Nottingham, said: “We are delighted to be working with Jude again on another asset in our growing property portfolio. As a local family business, we look forward to working with NG in our capacity as a hands-on landlord and looking to build long-lasting relationships with our tenants.”

Weston said NG’s experience of managing listed buildings and those in conservation areas meant the team had the “perfect skill set” to take on Park View House.

She added: “This is another coup for NG’s excellent management team, and we look forward to working with Hannah and her tenants to provide a quality working environment for all involved.”
