Housebuilder relocates HQ to Derby’s Pride Park
Derby-based housebuilder Casamia Homes has relocated its headquarters to new offices at Pride Park.
Casamia Homes builds and sells homes across the East Midlands, specialising in developments between three and thirty homes.
The firm was established by former shareholders, directors, and employees of Radleigh Homes after its acquisition by Redrow in 2017.
Tom Finnegan, previous MD of Radleigh Homes and Redrow East Midlands, said: “Casamia’s focus has always been on delivering bespoke developments in the East Midlands. We have brought together a team that possesses a wealth of industry experience that is reflected in our developed house types and ensures that our build quality is delivered to the high standards that customers rightly demand.”
George Tyler, land and sales director at Casamia Homes, said: “We are delighted to announce the move to our new Derby-based office on New Park Place on Pride Park. Exciting times now lie ahead as we have some great projects in the pipeline,
and we look forward to bringing them to the market in the near future.”
