Midlands agent secures lease for engineering firm

Property agent, Rushton Hickman has leased Unit H on Midlands Road Industrial Estate in Derbyshire to Almex Engineering.

The unit spans approximately 3,743 sq ft and offers an open-plan workspace.

It includes roller shutter access at the front, a kitchen, office and WC facilities. There is also car parking at the front and an external storage compound at the rear.
