National engineering consultancy Rodgers Leask has been appointed to two newly launched four-year residential frameworks.

Rodgers Leask’s civil and structural services are available through Great Places Housing Group’s £1.5bn Innovation Chain North (ICN) framework.

The framework aims to support the delivery of new homes across northern England, benefiting Great Places’ affordable development program and other housing associations in the region.

Rodgers Leask has also earned a place on the £6.6m Keystone Developments Professional Services and Consultancy Framework.

The Derby-headquartered consultancy will provide housing associations in the Midlands and East of England with ground investigation services for building residential, new build extra care and refurbishment projects.

Chris Pollet, director at Rodgers Leask, said: “The ICN framework is particularly competitive, proven by the number of applications and appointments, so we’re very pleased to have earned our place. Our presence and work pipeline in the north of England continues to grow, with this latest framework appointment undoubtedly set to help us support the delivery of new homes for several housing associations with exciting plans.”

Stewart Friel, director at Rodgers Leask, said: “The requirement for a place on the Keystone Developments Limited Professional Services and Consultancy Framework was the ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge, skill and innovation. We know that our talented team meets these criteria, but it is always rewarding to be recognised and allowed to contribute to important projects across several regions.

“Our two latest framework appointments prove our strength in multiple engineering disciplines and regional areas, which ties into our continued growth as a business and commitment to mutually beneficial relationships.”
