New role created at developer in expansion plans
Developer Charterpoint has strengthened its team with the appointment of Miles Howard as director of acquisitions.
The new position has been created as part of the Charterpoint Group’s expansion plans, wh0 specialise in developing senior living accommodation, sustainable mixed-use and housing developments, and exceptional primary care premises.
Howard brings 30 years of experience in the land market, having worked within the residential and senior living sectors.
His new role at Nottingham-based Charterpoint is nationwide, and he will support the developer as it continues to identify and acquire sites for development across the country.
