New director of M&A for corporate finance advisory firm

Nottingham-based Breeze Corporate Finance has appointed experienced mid-market M&A advisor, Geraint Regan, as director of M&A.

Regan has spent over twenty years completing transactions across the Midlands as both a corporate finance advisor with EY and Mazars and as a funder with RBS, ThinCats and BZ.
