Leisure complex on the market for over £6m

Property adviser, Christie & Co has been appointed to market Kettering Leisure Village in Northamptonshire and are seeking offers in the region over £6m.

The health and leisure complex was built in the early 1990s and sits on a site which spans 9.4 acres.

It has been the home of Volleyball England and undergone a number of renovations.

The renovations include a 576-theatre, a health club, children’s soft play area and conference facilities.
