On the move: the latest East Midlands hires
Leaders Romans Group has appointed a new graduate land consultant to its growing land & development division.
Bill Tame has joined LRG in its Loughborough-based office, working alongside David Hutchinson and the Midlands-based team of Boyer, LRG’s planning consultancy.
Tame is finishing his degree in Property Development and Planning from Nottingham Trent University and has gained work experience at Bioregional and Morgan Stanley.
Ian Barnett, national land director of Leaders Romans Group said: “We are delighted to welcome Bill to LRG. Bill was impressed at the interview and has already shown that they have an eye for a development site and a genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop his career.”
Wilkin Chapman, the law firm in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, has welcomed six new solicitors who recently completed their two-year training contracts.
Caitlin Bellamy, Rebecca Jex, Reece Townsend, Jacob Houltby, Harry Fox, and Sophie Emms have now joined the firm’s offices in Grimsby, Lincoln, Beverley and Louth, where they will bring fresh expertise in family law, personal injury claims, dispute resolution and insolvency.
Caitlin Bellamy, who joins the family law team in Louth, spoke about her goal to work close to home, helping local families resolve complex issues.
Rebecca Jex, joining the personal injury department in Grimsby, emphasised her interest in assisting individuals facing challenging circumstances, especially in cases like road traffic and liability claims.
Reece Townsend and Jacob Houltby, both joining the dispute resolution team in Lincoln, bring expertise in areas including property and commercial disputes.
Harry Fox, joining the Beverley office’s insolvency team, will focus on personal and corporate insolvency cases.
Finally, Sophie Emms, also in dispute resolution, spoke about her commitment to making legal services accessible to all.
