All-female led consultancy completes first multimillion-pound deal

An all-female-led consultancy in North Nottinghamshire has completed its first has completed its first multi-million-pound deal, marking a milestone for the firm.

Atomic Consultancy, founded by acquisition specialist Lucy Noonan has supported another major name in the UK property market: Miles and Barr, now acquired by Lomond, an estate agency business.

Earlier this year, the all-female consultancy also facilitated the sale of Purplebricks’ Scottish lettings portfolio to Lomond.

Since its inception three years ago, Atomic Consultancy has specialised in guiding lettings and estate agents through the complexities of business sales, offering practical and affordable support.

Atomic has completed 97 deals to date, generating over 100 five-star reviews this year alone.

Noonan said: “We’re incredibly proud to have completed our first multi-million pound deal and it’s fitting that it should be with such a hugely respected brand as Miles and Barr.

It’s been extremely hard work and not only is it a significant milestone for us as a business, but it demonstrates to the rest of the sector that we have the expertise and experience to operate at the very highest level.

As an all-female team, this success is all the sweeter, as we’ve certainly faced our fair share of sceptics and, having now completed 97 deals in just three years, we believe we have more than proved our worth in such a highly competitive space.”
