Phase 1 of Leicestershire business park fully let
Specialist commercial agent Mather Jamie has secured tenants for the final unit in Phase I of the Wymeswold Business Quarter development.
Having been involved from the outset, including the initial site acquisition, unit sales and subsequent lettings, the leasing of Unit 8 marks the full occupancy of Phase I.
Phase I consists of 20 industrial units, ranging from 1,900 to 12,000 sq ft.
Mather Jamie collaborated with The Prince Group, the site’s owner and developer, guiding the project from planning through to completion and marketing.
The development has already created 95 local jobs, and Phase II is expected to generate an additional 80-100 employment opportunities.
Kenny Whomsley, managing director and Founder at Revive POS said, “Taking occupancy of our new office and warehouse is a pivotal moment for us. Our new location allows us to streamline our supply chain, scale up our offerings, and continue innovating to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This facility represents our commitment to quality, service, and sustainability as we grow.”
Fraser Hearfield, commercial surveyor at Mather Jamie, said: “Wymeswold Business Quarter has provided much-needed new build industrial and warehousing units into the local Loughborough Market, and it’s rewarding to see Phase I reach its completion. We are excited to advance into Phase II, providing much-needed commercial space that will continue to support business growth in the region.”
With Phase I now fully occupied, the focus moves to Phase II of the Wymeswold Business Quarter. The next phase will include 20 more high-specification industrial units, ranging from 2,195 to over 5,000 sq ft, with completion scheduled for Q4 2025.
