Developer reveals new mixed-use scheme

How the scheme will look

A fast-growing East Midlands developer has revealed its latest scheme.

Crossover Property, based in Nottingham, has bought a former Barclays Bank in Mansfield and has secured planning permission for a new residential and commercial scheme.

The firm plans to transform the disused unit within the town centre into a mixed-use development: introducing 12 new apartments and updating the commercial units – retaining Greggs as a tenant.

Director James Cross said: “This development marks another key opportunity for us in Mansfield. We hope this development will aid the local plans for regeneration and bring some life back to the town.”
