Two Derbyshire warehouses hit the market

CPP and Harris Lamb have been chosen to market two newly-refurbished warehouses in Long Eaton, Derbyshire.

Units F and H2 at Long Eaton Industrial Estate, owned by pan-European logistics giant Mileway, offer 30,355 and 61,436 sq ft of space.

Recently refurbished, the units are either available individually or together.

Both feature a three-phase power supply, six-metre internal eaves height, office/welfare blocks and loading areas.

Scott Osborne, director of Harris Lamb’s Nottingham office said: “This instruction is a fantastic opportunity for businesses seeking quality industrial space within the East Midlands. The building’s impressive scale and proximity to major transport links makes it an ideal solution for businesses across multiple sectors.

“The units have been refurbished to a high standard and offer the kind of space and specification that is in great demand within the region, and we’re excited to bring them to market alongside CPP, on behalf of Mileway. The location, size, and flexibility of the properties make them a standout opportunity for occupiers looking to establish or expand their operations and we anticipate healthy levels of interest.”

Brodie Faint, of joint agent CPP said: “We’re delighted to be marketing this outstanding industrial opportunity in partnership with Harris Lamb and on behalf of Mileway. Located in an established industrial area just two miles from Junction 25 of the M1, the units offer convenient access to the UK motorway network, and benefit from numerous level access doors to each unit in addition to LED warehouse lighting, and office/welfare blocks.”
