Property firm breaks ground at new logistics hub

Hillwood UK has broken ground on Quattro, a new industrial and logistics development on the A45 corridor, which is set to deliver four units, ranging from 10,650 to 117,050 sq ft.

A&H Construction has been appointed as the main contractor, with plans for practical completion by December 2025 and marks the latest in a series of Midlands projects by A&H Construction for Hillwood UK.

Quattro will feature units with BREEAM “Excellent” certification and an EPC “A” rating, hoping to achieve both sustainability and efficiency.

Hillwood UK is partnering with Bidwells and M1 Agency as the joint letting agents for the development.
