Developer snaps up land for new homes at mixed-use development

Lagan Homes has bought eight acres of land at Fairham, Clowes Developments’ Nottinghamshire mixed-use development.

The housing developer has submitted a reserved matters planning application to Rushcliffe Borough Council for 112 homes, including 10% affordable housing.

Lagan Homes was founded in 1985 and operates across England, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
