Forvis Mazars hails year of progress as East Midlands team records double-digit growth

Forvis Mazars, the professional services network, grew 8.3% in the UK in the year to 31 August 2024, recording revenue of £362.4m, according to fresh figures.

The news brings the firm’s fifteenth consecutive year of growth.

The team in East Midlands has continued to grow at a double-digit rate, says Forvis Mazars, welcoming over 20 new staff members across its Leicester and Nottingham offices. With all service lines delivering year on year growth, led by the audit and tax advisory businesses, the firm strengthened its East Midlands senior leadership team which now consists of 12 members.

During FY24, Mitesh Thakrar was recruited as a partner in the privately owned business audit practice, while Natasha Amos and Vish Thakrar were promoted to director in the tax advisory and education, charity and housing audit practices respectively.
