ABC spells out Derby ambition
ABC Décor, the interior design business, is set to move to Sadler Gate in Derby in a deal brokered by agents FHP.
The firm will move into a 983 sq ft unit in a move which sees its high street debut.
A spokesperson for ABC Décor said: “Sadler Gate is a niche historical area of Derby and is the ideal location for our first retail store. We are looking forward to becoming part of the unique Cathedral Quarter community, and establishing a long term presence in the area when we open in April.”
Darran Severn from FHP Property Consultants said: “Sadler Gate is proving a very popular street with independent retailers and I am pleased to say we were able to complete this letting leaving our clients with no void period.”
