Notts’ most expensive house hits the market

A property dubbed “the most expensive house in Nottinghamshire has come onto the market.

The £4.8m property is based in Colston Bassett, between Leicester and Nottingham, and has five bedroom suites.

‘Tanglewood’ is surrounded by just under an acre of private grounds, boasting uninterrupted views of the countryside and church.

The house was designed by international award-winning developer Guy Phoenix and is being marketed by FHP.

Steve Parker of FHP said: “It is a pleasure to be working alongside Guy Phoenix in marketing another one of his spectacularly designed homes.

“We have already received several enquiries after an initial newspaper campaign and as marketing gets into full swing we are expecting to receive a considerable amount more.”
