Greaves, whose background is in banking and mortgage finance, re-trained as a paralegal in 2009 and has worked for local firms of solicitors for the past five years.

Before becoming a conveyancer she worked for the former Alliance and Leicester bank at its Carlton Park head office, gaining experience in mortgages and financial analysis.

Sangha said: “Lawson-West is a highly regarded firm with lots of good ideas. Working in-house in my previous job meant I didn’t get to meet my clients so I’m really enjoying having client contact again.  It’s rewarding being able to build client relationships and help guide people through the whole house moving process.”
