Derby gets its just desserts with new letting

Diletto, a new desert and ice cream café is opening in Derby at Central Hall in a deal brokered by Darran Severn at FHP.

It is the third letting in this parade outside Intu Derby that FHP have completed in the last month, also letting the unit next door to national homeware retailer Pondon Homes and the upper floors to gym franchise Exercise for less.

Hassan Khan, owner of Diletto, said: “We are very excited to open Diletto in Derby City Centre, and we are thankful to FHP Property Consultants for providing us the opportunity in the heart of city centre. We are looking forward to add the delicious taste of our products in Derby.”

Severn added: ” “It’s great to see new business’s coming to Derby and East Street has proved popular due to the high foot fall between Intu Derby and the Bus Station. With less opportunities around, its only a matter of time until rents begin to increase. ”
