New HQ for Rams’ community arm

Derby County Communities Trust has a new headquarters on Pride Park after signing a deal for a 5,215 sq ft office.
The communities arm of Derby County FC has moved into 14 Pride Point in a move that was brokered by BB&J.
Head of communities Simon Carnall said: “We have over 40 full-time staff now and as a result we were outgrowing our existing space at the stadium. We wanted somewhere within the immediate vicinity but with the configuration to suit our expanding business and support the activities we are undertaking with the community including classroom space and facilities. The new office means we are able to meet our strategic targets and deliver our programme of activity to help our partners achieve their goals and boost the work the Club undertakes throughout the city.”
BB&J Commercial acted on behalf of its client; Derby-based business man Bally Shanker who owns the building.
