Turning point as charity moves into new Loughborough offices

The charity Turning Point has moved into a 2,175 sq ft office on Woodgate, Loughborough, in a deal brokered by APB.

Turning Point has taken the property on a five-year term.

Will Shattock of APB said: “We were instructed to dispose of the lease of 55/56 Woodgate, Loughborough. We identified that there was little available office accommodation within Loughborough town centre, the property had currently been used by the NHS and provided modern specifications.”

“We identified that Turning Point required an office, and secured a new five-year lease with them. From viewings the premises, we managed to turn around a lease which allowed them to be in within two weeks.

“The landlords were exceptionally happy with this result, as it provided them an exceptionally good tenant and a very little period of time waiting for the lease to start’.

“There is a shortage of commercial property in general in Loughborough, but we have shown that subject to the correct marketing strategy, that lettings are achievable.
