Innes England director retires

One of the most respected commercial property professionals in the East Midlands is set to retire.

Colleagues have paid tribute to Chris Sinclair, who joined Innes England in 2005.

During his time at the firm, Sinclair dealt primarily with office and industrial accommodation, as well as residential land, property strategies and valuation work.

Innes England chairman Robert Hartley said Sinclair was a highly regarded member of the team and wished him well.

He said: “Chris has always managed his team to exacting standards and we shall miss him greatly – not just his knowledge and professionalism but his friendly and helpful nature in all aspects of the office.”

Sinclair said: “I want to thank everyone for their overwhelming kindness and generosity and for the many kind messages and good wishes I have received.”
