No bull as former PwC manager launches business coaching firm

A former PwC accountant has launched his own business coaching service in the East Midlands.

Matt Bull spent seven years as manager at PwC helping distressed companies before moving on to become head of finance and commercial at Sheridan & Co, the Leicester-based retail design agency.

Now Bull has launched your success : made simple (ys:ms).

He said: “The idea for ys:ms stemmed from two key passions of mine: the desire to help businesses succeed and my absolute belief that engaged employees are critical to business success.

“I began researching the various resources available to business owners and was overwhelmed by the amount of data, processes and methodologies that exist to help business owners.

“That’s where the simple element to ys:ms comes from – we provide simple, straight-talking advice to help business owners clarify for themselves how they can make their business more successful.”

Bull said that ys:ms will give business owners the opportunity to step back and look at every aspect of their business and focus on the areas that will drive them forward towards success.

“I’m straight talking and like things to be simple. I will challenge business owners to help them figure out how to make their business more successful – and hopefully, make the process fun at the same time.”

He added, “With business, technology and political landscapes moving at increasing speed, ensuring businesses have the ability to adapt to what is happening has never been so crucial.”
