On the move: FHP Property Consultants; Catena

FHP Property Consultants has appointed Mairéad Gethings as a graduate surveyor.

Gethings has recently completed a Masters degree in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University, graduating with Distinction and previously graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a First Class Honours degree in Human Geography.

She said: “My enthusiasm for the property industry was sparked during a week’s work experience with FHP whilst I was completing my GCSEs many years ago. Since then, I am lucky to have had the opportunity to return to FHP to gain further experience in both residential and commercial agency alongside undertaking my university studies. I am now delighted to have been offered a permanent role within the Professional Services department. I am excited to be starting out my career alongside Andrew Chapman and his team who have an excellent reputation in the industry.

I hope to build on my current experience and work towards becoming a chartered surveyor by completing the Assessment of Professional Competence.”

Victoria Tretis, Catena

Victoria Tretis has joined networking group Catena as an administrator.

Director at Catena Network, Claire Bicknell, said: “Victoria understands the value of the Catena relationships and wants to help me develop the potential that has already been established; I strongly believe that with Victoria helping me, we can both achieve so much more.

My priority is to continue to build relationships with and between Catena Network members and to continue the growth of membership across the UK, by holding events, facilitating introductions and targeting sectors and businesses many of you advised over the Summer, were the areas you wished Catena to develop. This is going to require me doing a lot more travelling, whilst Victoria will be the ‘safe pair of hands’ back at Catena Towers.”
