Marston’s to bring 50 jobs to Nottingham
Marston’s is set to build a 150-cover pub and restaurant on derelict land at Top Valley Way in Nottingham that will great up to 50 jobs.
The 7,718 sq ft scheme, which will have 63 car parking spaces and will be built by Wildgoose Construction, was given planning permission by Nottingham City Council this week.
The site has been vacant since The Royal Hunt pub was closed down and demolished in 2007.
The new pub will be in line with pub giant Marston’s move towards food-led outlets.
Marston’s is one of the country’s leading pub operators. The company owns and/or
operates a wide range of some 1,700 public houses and pub/restaurants on a national basis, of which around 525 are directly managed by the company.
