BCT Aviation expands at Centennial House

BCT Aviation Maintenance has taken more space at Centennial House, near East Midlands Airport.

BCT Aviation Maintenance has been established for over 20 years and employs more than 100 people at 15 locations across the world.

The deal was brokered by FHP.

Due to expansion, BCT has upsized within the building and now occupies 1,717 sq ft.

Darran Severn of FHP Property Consultants said: “This is an excellent result for both our client and BCT, and we were able to negotiate a competitive package to suit both. There continues to be good demand for office space at Junction 24 with few opportunities available.”
