An award-winning entrepreneur, Matt founded Purpose Media in 2008 with colleague Tim Lenton.

From establishing a successful business during turbulent times, Matt has gone on to grow Purpose Media into one of the most successful full-service marketing agencies in the East Midlands.

With over 15 years’ experience in the digital industry, Matt believes marketing investment doesn’t just help businesses survive, it means they thrive. Matt has received numerous personal awards, including the Institute of Director’s Young Business Person of the Year in 2017, along with many awards for Purpose Media from the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce, Derby Telegraph and Nottingham Evening Post.

A Premier Google Partner, Purpose Media employs more than 25 people who, under Matt’s guidance, provide full-service marketing to organisations regionally, nationally and internationally.

A keen sportsman outside of work Matt coaches his daughter’s football team and is an avid golfer – with a 2013 trick shot going viral and receiving over 1 million views within a week of hitting the web.
