Colleague Box, who originally set up a letterbox gift company during the COVID-19 pandemic to help companies stay connected to their employees, have moved quickly to adapt to the new changes to lockdown for businesses to provide a new ‘welcome back’ service.
Upon setting up they found that during the difficult time of everyone working remotely from home, it meant that some colleagues felt isolated, unmotivated and in need of feeling that team spirit again.
