Dunlop Heywood announces raft of new client wins

PROPERTY rating agency Dunlop Heywood has announced a raft of new client wins in the retail property sector.

The rating consultancy, which was set up in April 2008 by Stuart Hicks following the collapse of Erinaceuous Group, said that it had received instructions to act for seven new clients including ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK) for its Britannica Fund. The fund’s assets include The Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle, Church Swquare Shopping Centre in St Helens and The Spindles shopping centre in Oldham.

“The new sites certainly place us as the leading rating advisor in the North West for shopping centres and we are making rapid progress across the retail sector as a whole,” said Hicks.

“We are one of the few property consultancies that have continued to expand steadily throughout 2010 and we recently opened our new property & asset management division with teams based in both Manchester and Leeds.” he added.

The other recent business wins for the firm have been from The Co-Operative Group, Peel Holdings, Blackpool International Airport, Newcastle International Airport, Craegmoor Healthcare  and Greenwoods Menswear.
